Standard equipment on the LS 460 F Sport and LS 460 L includes 18-inch alloy wheels, adaptive headlights xenon automatic (xenon only for setting the low-beam), foglights LED and running lights, auto-dimming mirror the power-folding, automatic wipers,  adjustable drive settings, camera mirrors, electric door closers, sunroof and keyless ignition / entry. Inside, there are control dual-zone automatic climate, electric chair front (driver 12-way to four-way lumbar; 10-way passenger with two-way lumbar), the next memory function seats, leather upholstery and the power tilt-and-telescoping timber and leather steering wheel. Lexus LS 460 L is also equipped with front seats with heating and ventilation, heated steering wheel, power-closing trunk and rear electric sunshade. This facility is optional on the regular-wheelbase LS sedan.

Standard electronic features including Lexus remote touch interface, 12.3 inch display, a navigation system, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, emergency communications Lexus Safety Connect, Lexus Enform integrated suite of smartphone applications (now with Enform smartphone compatible remote control for Apple and devices Android) and Siri Eyes Free interface (which provide additional functionality for the new iPhone voice control). The Created Line also comes with a black and red interior trim, a set of two pieces of Tumi luggage, 19-speaker Mark Levinson surround-sound audio, front seats with heating and ventilation, heated steering wheel (AWD models only), a power cap trunk and rear electric sunshade.

LS 460 F Sport is offered with a variety of other options package. All Weather package adds headlamp washer and wiper de-icer (standard on all-wheel-drive models). Ultra Luxury package adds four-zone climate control, a rear center console cooled, six-way power rear seats (with heating, cooling and massage function), rear seat side airbags and rear audio controls. The long-wheelbase LS 460 L can be equipped with a sitting Executive-Class package, which includes the rear seat upgrade package Ultra luxury, but in the configuration of two seats with center console stationary (including enhanced control, cooled and added storage bin). It also adds extended leather trim, the power ottoman with a passenger-side knee airbag, side force behind glasses and a rear-seat DVD / Blu-ray entertainment system with an electric drop-down screens.
